- You wake up back-to-back in bed with a unconscious famous violinist with a fatal kidney ailment
- The society of music lovers finds you have the compatible blood type with theirs, so they kidnap you so that your kidneys can be used to extract poisons from their blood.
- The hospital apologizes but says that the only way to unplug you would be to kill the violinist
- You will have to stay plugged for 9 months, then they will have recovered from their ailment and can be safely unplugged.
- In this case, it is permissible to kill since you did not consent to being hooked up
