The formula

$$\text{Cache Ratio}=\frac{\text{Cache Hits}}{\text{Cache Hits}+\text{Cache Misses}}$$

Where:

• Cache hits are the number of successful retrievals from Cache
• Cache misses are unsuccessful retrievals from Cache
