Argument

P1: children have right to open future (autonomy is not affected)
P2: giving birth to a disabled child prevents them from having open future
C:  it is wrong to have disabled child

Intuition

• In Amish cultures, children can’t use technology, cant go to university, this limits their potential, this is immoral, this is what giving birth to a disabled person does, it limits their potential

• Having a deaf child doesn’t decrease that child’s autonomy
