These are the given permissions to be given to all humans. A human can choose to absolve themselves of certain rights, so long as it does not break another human right:

  • A human can revoke their right to life
  • A human cannot revoke their freedom to sell themselves as a slave

  • Right for every citizen to be able to enter, remain or leave Canada
  • Right to take residence in any province
  • Right to pursue gaining of livelihood in any province

  • Right to Life

Search or Seizure

  • Those who act on behalf of converment must carry duties in a fair and resonably way

Detention or Imprisonment

  • Everyone has right to not be arbitrarily detained or improsoned

Arrest or Detention

  • Everyone has right to:
    • Be informed of reason for arrest
    • Retain or instruct counsel to be informed of that right
    • Have validity of detention determined by Habeas Corpus and be released if detention is not lawful
