These are the given permissions to be given to all humans. A human can choose to absolve themselves of certain rights, so long as it does not break another human right:
- A human can revoke their right to life
- A human cannot revoke their freedom to sell themselves as a slave

- Freedom of peaceful assembly
- Freedom of association
Democratic Rights
- Right to vote in election of members in house of commons or legislative assembly
Mobility Rights
- Right for every citizen to be able to enter, remain or leave Canada
- Right to take residence in any province
- Right to pursue gaining of livelihood in any province
Life, Liberty, Security of person
Search or Seizure
- Those who act on behalf of converment must carry duties in a fair and resonably way
Detention or Imprisonment
- Everyone has right to not be arbitrarily detained or improsoned
Arrest or Detention
- Everyone has right to:
- Be informed of reason for arrest
- Retain or instruct counsel to be informed of that right
- Have validity of detention determined by Habeas Corpus and be released if detention is not lawful
